About Chimney Sweep Newton
Chimney Sweep Newton has been sweeping chimneys for homeowners in Newton, New Jersey since 1989.
What we do
The work starts with the sweep. Soot and creosote are brushed out of the flue so a fireplace, wood stove or insert drafts the way it should. From there it covers the jobs a clean flue tends to reveal: inspections, masonry repair, leak repair, liners and caps.
How we work
The room is protected before any brushing starts. The flue is swept top to bottom, and the smoke shelf, damper and firebox are cleared. When the job is done you are told plainly what was found, what needs attention and what does not.
Where we work
Newton is home. Service also covers thirteen towns within about ten miles, from Branchville and Frankford in the north to Byram and Allamuchy in the south. The full list is on the Service Area page.
